Return Window
Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- Wrong product received
- Product is not as described
- Size or fit issues (if applicable)
Unboxing Video Requirement
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
The video should clearly show the issue (damage/defect/wrong item).
⚠ An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us process return,
exchange, or refund requests efficiently. In some cases, additional
verification may be required.
Return Options
Depending on the situation and product availability, customers may choose one of the following:
✔ Refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account
✔ Replacement
- A replacement of the same product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
✔ Exchange
- Customers may exchange for another size or product (subject to availability)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
- Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (for example: personal care items).
Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, the order must follow the return process
COD Policy
Customers who refuse two or more COD orders may be restricted from using COD and required to use prepaid payment methods for future orders.
