Return & Replacement Policy

       At Namsho, we strive to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our return and replacement terms below:

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only under the following condition:
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of unboxing

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • To initiate a return, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect at the time of opening the package.
  • Without this, the return request will not be processed.

Replacement Only Policy

  • Eligible returns will be replaced with a new unit of the same product Refunds are not issues 

COD Refusals

  • If a customer refuses two COD orders, they will be restricted for further COD orders and redirected to online payments only for future transactions
