🔁 Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Window
Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund
Requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is not as described on the website
- Size or fit issues, where applicable
Returns are not accepted for reasons other than those listed above.
Unboxing Video (Strongly Recommended)
Customers are strongly encouraged to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- This helps us verify claims faster
- In some cases, additional verification may be required
⚠ Unboxing video is recommended but NOT mandatory.
Valid claims will still be reviewed even without a video.
Return Options
Depending on the situation and product availability, customers may choose one of the following:
✔ Refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account
✔ Replacement
- Replacement of the same product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
✔ Exchange
- Exchange for another size or product is subject to availability
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection
- Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons
(e.g., personal care products).
Any such restriction will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, the order must follow the return process
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Customers who refuse two or more COD orders may have COD disabled and may be required to use prepaid payment methods for future purchases.
